4. Creator Responsibilities
By participating in campaigns, you agree to:

Follow all campaign requirements and submission guidelines.
Submit accurate information and valid public content links.
Respect the intellectual property rights of others.
Comply with the policies of the social media platforms where your content is published.
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Creators are solely responsible for the content they publish.
5. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
Submitting copied, stolen, or AI-generated content when a campaign requires original human-created work.
Purchasing fake views, likes, comments, followers, or engagement.
Using bots, automated tools, or fraudulent methods to manipulate campaign results.
Submitting false or misleading campaign information.
Uploading content that violates copyright or intellectual property rights.
Promoting illegal, fraudulent, hateful, violent, adult, or harmful content.
Attempting to manipulate rewards, campaign approvals, or platform systems.
Violating the policies of participating social media platforms.
Violation of these rules may result in account suspension, removal from campaigns, forfeiture of rewards, or permanent account termination.
6. Campaign Review and Rewards
All campaign submissions are subject to review before rewards are approved.
Ads Getway reserves the right to:
Reject submissions that do not meet campaign requirements.
Delay reward processing while verifying campaign compliance.
Remove rewards obtained through fraud or policy violations.
Suspend campaigns when suspicious activity is detected.
Approval of one submission does not guarantee approval of future submissions.
7. Payments
Eligible creators may receive rewards once they meet the platform's payout requirements.
Payment methods, minimum payout thresholds, supported countries, and processing times may change at any time without prior notice.
Ads Getway reserves the right to withhold or cancel payments associated with fraudulent, misleading, or policy-violating activity.
8. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, software, platform features, designs, and website content are the property of Ads Getway or their respective owners.
Creators retain ownership of the original content they produce unless otherwise specified by the terms of an individual campaign.
By submitting content for campaign review, you grant Ads Getway a non-exclusive, worldwide license to review, display, and use your submission solely for campaign administration, verification, promotional purposes, and platform operations, unless otherwise agreed.

We are not responsible for the availability, policies, or practices of third-party services.
10. Service Availability

Participation in campaigns does not guarantee financial results.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ads Getway shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of income, business opportunities, data, or reputation.
